All Sales Are Final
Due to the consumable nature of our products, VYB energy drinks are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once your order has shipped. We're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind, incorrect flavor selection, or any reason other than the exception listed below.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at baysidebeverages@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and a photo of the item.
Why We Don't Accept Returns
As a food and beverage product, VYB cannot be resold once it leaves our facility, regardless of whether it's been opened. This is standard practice across the beverage industry and helps us guarantee every can you receive is fresh and untampered with.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for approved claims under the Damages and Issues section above. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times with your bank or card issuer may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at baysidebeverages@gmail.com.
